How BM Tecnologia da Informação Ltda. handles the data sent through this site's forms and by email.

Updated on 28 October 2026.

Who handles your data

BM Tecnologia da Informação Ltda., CNPJ 22.258.955/0001-86, Palmas (TO), Brazil, is the controller of the data sent through this site's forms and by email.

Contact form

Your name, email and the message you write. We use them only to reply to you.

BM Impulso and BM Cultiva applications

When you apply, we keep your form answers (name, email, WhatsApp if given, business details, links and what you wrote), together with the date, the front you chose and where the contact came from. We use this data only to review your application and talk to you about it; applicants are never added to promotional communications. The BM team and the people who run the site for BM, under contract, can access applications. If you give your WhatsApp number, we may use it to talk to you about your application. Required fields are needed to review your application; without them we cannot assess it. People at BM review every application; there is no automated decision-making.

Who we share it with

Cloudflare (hosting, application storage and anti-bot check) and Google (email). These services also use servers outside Brazil and the EU. Transfers rely on these providers' contractual safeguards; ask for details at contato@bmtecnologia.com.

How long we keep it

Messages: up to 12 months after the last contact. Applications: up to 12 months after the last contact, unless we start a contract with you; in that case, the data follows the contract's term and our legal obligations.

Your rights

To confirm whether we process your data, or to access, correct, anonymise, block, delete, restrict, port or object to its use, write to contato@bmtecnologia.com. You may also complain to the ANPD or to the data protection authority in your country.

Cookies

This site uses no tracking cookies and no analytics. Cloudflare's anti-bot check loads only when you start filling in a form. Cloudflare also uses these signals, as a controller, to improve bot detection: cloudflare.com/turnstile-privacy-policy.
